For adapting the requests of diesels' economy and emission,high pressure common rail electric control system gets more widespread attentions and researches. Researching on the situations of high pressure CR system's fluctuating,distributing of pressure,and the engine's fuel injection rules,consumption of fuel,emission are these years' hotspots.The thesis is based on the national high-tech research development plan (863 plan),The Development of High-power Automotive Diesel Engine, the main research includes:Established programme of high pressure common rail injection system. Coupling GT-Fuel and GT-Power programmes in,constituted a whole engine's computing programme.Got experiment's data of CR pressure and injection rate to constract with the results of simulation,verified the correction of simulation programme.During the simulation process,the main point is to analysis the parameters of CR system which affect the pressure and rate of injection,engine's emission and fuel consumption,analysised high pressure common rail diesel's working situation,and using the models of simulation optimize rail pressure,cumulative rate of injection and injection time. Aiming at the pressure distribution of the rail,using Fluent 3D software to compute and analysis the flowing of high pressure fuel.
