Under the pressure of energy and environmental protection, the development of electric vehicles has become an inevitable trend of auto industry development, and with a series of national policies were introduced recently, the process of the industrialization of electric vehicles is gradually speeding up in our country, and it also lead to the industrialization of the Battery Management System (BMS) which is one of the key technologies of electric vehicles.In order to make the BMS basic detection function can truly reflect the operation of electric vehicles, and make sure that BMS can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy, it is necessary to calibrate BMS before and after EX-factory. This thesis is research on the battery management systems installed on the hybrid electric vehicles and pure electric vehicles, evaluation and analysis on the basic detection function of BMS was conducted, and then a set of devices and platforms which could volume-calibrate BMS was developed.This paper first analyzed the measurement methods and configuration of the basic detection modules, and summed up the factors impacted on the measurement accuracy, and then a set of devices and platforms was introduced to achieve fast, convenient and accurate online-calibration through setting up hardware and software platform, and finished general scheme design based on this. At the same time, due to the urgency and heaviness of the task, the paper focused on the BMS single battery voltage measurement on-line calibration system, hardware circuit design based on MC9S12DT128 microchip was finished, and software programming was conducted in C language under Codewarrier development environment subsequently.Commissioning of the single cell voltage online-calibration device and the working current, insulation resistance, total voltage on-line calibration platforms have been applied in the progress of producing BMS in Huizhou E-POWER Battery Co., Ltd and debugging BMS in laboratory, the calibration speed is greatly accelerated, the calibration steps are simplified, and the productivity is improved.
