Pre-bolts can increase the reliability of the connection, the locking bolt and the degree of fatigue, and can enhance the close connections and rigid. However, excessive pre-compression, if controlled by chance or overload will lead to failure to connect.Usually chemical and industrial equipment installed a lot of the screw bolts , for example, a particular model launcher in the use of a single bolt 210,the bolts in the tightening process could cause the loose of bolt, it will bring about adverse effects. Therefore, the balance of power bolt pre-testing is very important.This issue is to design a computer-control system for the balance testing of the bolt fasteners and apply multi-sensor data fusion technology and error analysis of the pre-bolts analysis on it, and determine how to balance the bolt fasteners according to the elongation of the bolts. It can ensure the tightness and security of pipeline technology and equipment for industrial production .The main task of research papers include the following aspects:(1) According to the function of the pre-bolt force, and the analysis of the main performance parameters, we compare various of programs of bolt fasteners balance detection system and determine the whole design, also briefly plan the function of the module .(2) In accordance with the overall program, designed the main control system of the whole system, detailed description of each of the main circuit module.(3) Introduction of multi-sensor data fusion technology and the application in system.(4) Commissioning of the entire system and making reliability analysis.(5) Modeling in ANSYS for the whole system.
