This paper is supported by Jiangsu province Traffic Science Research Plan Project of Anti-rollover Servo Control and Alarm Device on Vehicles of Hazardous Chemical Materials. Taking a type of Dongfeng EQ1141G7DJ liquid tanker vehicle as the research object, anti-rollover carriage control and alarm strategy of liquid tank vehicles is analyzed in this dissertation.Considering the liquid center of mass migration caused by the liquid lateral sloshing, the mathematics model for liquid tank vehicles roll is established. After establishing the model, the estimation equation of rollover threshold for partially filled liquid tank vehicle during steady state corning is derived. The main factors that impact on roll stability of liquid tank vehicle are also analysed.The parameters of the full vehicle modeling are obtained based on reference documents, calculation and experiment. According to the parameters, the Dongfeng EQ1141G7DJ vehicle roll simulation modeling is established in ADAMS/View software. The full vehicle includes rigid body, front and rear suspension, steering system, tire, road and so on. In the road test, vehicle does the steady-state circular motion on the 10m~11m radius concrete ground plane at three different velocities: 15, 20, 25km/h. According to the test results, the roll simulation model is amended to meet the accuracy requirements.When studying on the roll stability of the liquid lank vehicle on steady-state circular motion, the liquid center of mass migration is considered. Then in different cargo fill conditions, simulation comparison of the vehicles carrying the same amount of solid and liquid cargo is carried on. Simulation of the program results of the liquid tanker anti-rollover frame carriage control is analysed. At last the anti-rollover alarm strategies of the liquid tanker are also put forward. |
