| Distribution system is at the end of power grid and it is an important part connecting power system with the end users, supplying and distributing electric power to the users. It gives the most direct affects to the quality and reliability of power supply to the users, and the reliability of power supply has been paid more and more attention. Power distribution system will reflect the power supply capacity of power supply enterprise and power supply quality. The index of reliability of power distribution system is the comprehensive embodiment of the structure and operation characteristics of the electric power system. Study of distribution system reliability can make a significant function to guarantee high quality service of power supply, improve the technology and management of power industry, promote the economical and social benefit, as well as execute the construction and upgrade of power distribution network.The thesis mainly includes the following content.1. The thesis makes systematic introduction on the basic concept of the distribution system reliability. It applies mathematical model analyzing method by building up the element and system reliability model, and provides related calculation formulas. Then the reliability indices and reliability evaluation algorithm are provided.2. The simulation algorithm of element failure and restore time for the low-voltage power distribution system is proposed in this thesis, studying the probabilistic distribution of equipment failure and restore time. The corresponding simulation algorithm is proposed and realized for failure simulation. The algorithm is of clear concept, easy implementation, and less requirement to the scale of the simulation system. The amount of calculation works of simulation algorithm mainly depends on the failure probability in various areas. Where failure occurs frequently needs larger amount of calculation. Furthermore, the scale of distribution system also influences the amount of calculation. Larger scale cause bigger absolute time of system failure. This algorithm can be used for simulation through reliable historical operation data from different areas.3. The realization of algorithm based on computer is investigated according to the element failure and simulation algorithm of restore time, and the simulation algorithm example based on computer for the real low voltage power distribution system is realized.4. Brief introduction of the applied computerized simulation system of the low-voltage distribution system reliability is made in this thesis.5. Through analyzing the factor which affects the system reliability, some detailed approaches are presented to improve the distribution system reliability, which is classified into technology and management measure. |
