Severely abiding by the workshop-reconstructing requirements for the coupler-buffer device overhauling from some a company, sufficiently comprehending the designing principle, requirements and correlative technological criterion and so on, we have successfully designed and completed a overhauling line for the company which fully accords with designing requirements.In designing stage, we have detailedly analyzed the technological requirements for the coupler-buffer device and the existing problems in the throughput and technology level of the behind-the-times overhauling line which obviously dissatisfied with the new regulations promulgated by railway ministry and seriously discussed the factors which restricted the production., including the out-of-style technics flow layout and frock equipment, thereafter, after speculateing the new regulations, we have scientifically put forward work procedure flow chart and hereby started up scheme designing and correlative equipment selecting. In addition, we have adhered to the guidance idea that using frock to insure technics and using technics to insure quality.Our designing scheme focuses on appeasing the requirements of throughput and overhauling technics of the rebuilding coupler-buffer overhauling workshop, accordingly, we do our best to realize scientific and reasonable layout, enhance the automatization level of the equipment, adopt PC control for passive equipment and install many HMIS data port to assort the informationization construction. The rebuilding overhauling line thoroughly update the original off-line overhauling and working mode, eliminate a dead lift and coming and going vehicles. This designing exactly accords with every technological requirement, labor law, environment protection law and fixation management and undoubtedly become the first-rate equipment in domestic same industry.
