Substitues sea water or fresh water for traditional mineral oil as work medium, the water hydraulic technology is especially suitable for metallurgy, mine, medicine, food process, ocean exploiter, navy equip and so on because of it's fire retardance, no pollution,rapid response, convenient use, easy maintenance and so on. The technology has a very wide prospect and is a frontal research branch in fluid transmission and control area in the world. The development of sea(fresh)water hydraulic pump is the core of the research branch.Firstly, this dissertation summarized and analyzed all kinds of the piston distribution pairs which have been existed in many kind of sea(fresh)water axial plunger pumps,and given the working principle and stracture characteristics. Based on some problems such as large leakage, severe wear and bad reliability, improving projects are given, including improving the piston distribution pair, reducing the number of piston, and sloping cam plate and four bar mechanism with centrosphere was designed. And given the structure of the improved pump schematic.Based on the stracture characteristics of the piston distribution mechanism and the special working conditions,the dissertation analyzed the leakage of the piston distribution pair and the optimized design of the covering amount was given. Then given the motion analysis of sloping cam plate and four bar mechanism with centrosphere, and its' relevant parameters were simulated based on matlab.Finally,a series of permance tests have been carried out.
