Research Of Dyes And Photoelectrodes In Soft Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell

The thesis includes three following sections:1. Synthesis N3 dyes and porphyrin-type dyes, their properties were characterized.2. Three different ways to be used synthetic TiO₂ , and the advantages and disadvantages of three different ways has been Compared. For systematic study of ZnO and TiO₂ anode, the preparation methods, reaction conditions, such as preparation of a variety of factors have been Inspected, Surface modification to increase surface area and electro-optical efficiency.3. Choosing the most optimized production-ray anode preparation, high-strength wide-range dyes and the up-to-date electrolyte, flexible sensitized solar cells has been assembled and its performance has been measured.
