From practice and theory research, the author found that project planning has its special effect in the program of leisure agriculture gardens, The article pays attention to the research on the pro-planning of leisure agriculture garden programs. First, the author analysis the present situation of leisure agriculture gardens at home and abroad, points out their problem, introduce the theory of project management. Then the article discusses the program conception, general procedures, program recommendations and feasibility report. In the end, the author takes some projects he experienced as an example, combining the pro-planning's procedures, discusses the background surroundings and total planning.Through the research on the pro-planning of leisure agriculture gardens, this paper strive to explore a way that is more scientific and systematic to the construction of leisure agriculture gardens to take good use of human , finance and other resources to make more economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.
