Design And Implementation On Worksheets Interface Between Process Management Systems Of The Electric Power Telecommunications

Process management systems of the electric power telecommunications is an important guarantee for safe production of electric power grid. With the rapid development of the electric power grid and telecommunications network, the network's scale expanded and the network's structure became complex and telecommunications business increased and difficulty of network management increased gradually. How to build an effective platform to regulate the business process of different departments has become an issue that we concerns. The process management system of the electric power telecommunications can make the operation work process automatic and standardized and impove the work efficiency.This paper analyzes the current construction of the process management system of the electric power telecommunications, and finds the key problems as well as their reasons. Then the paper proposes a solution which establishes worksheets interface between process management systems of the electric power telecommunications of two levels for Group Corporation and provincial branches respectively. The paper explains why choosing Web Services as the interface technology for process management systems after comparing it with some other technologies. According to the analysis of the business process of the worksheets, the paper finished the definition and description of the interface service and its implement. At last, the test results from the trial period of the system were analyzed to identify deficiencies and make some proposal for its improvement.
