| Development of science and technology promotes the progress of machinery equipment and manufacture system, and puts forward a higher requirement to safe and reliable operation of large-scale machinery. This thesis aims at the key equipment of continuous manufacture system, large-scale rotating machinery, combining the rotating machinery monitoring and diagnosis technology with database, network and the configuration software technology, develops a configurational and remote online condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery. At the same time, based on PDA technology, this thesis discusses the hand-hold system and develops a hand-hold device for dynamic balance, which is made up of a PDA and SCM.First, this thesis summarizes the development of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies of rotating machinery, and discusses the parameters which should be monitored and the method of signal analysis. Based upon the analysis of function of monitoring and diagnosis demand, this thesis gives the network topology of the software and chooses distributed three-layer application mode as the architecture of monitoring and diagnosis system. Furthermore, after the analyzing of the system database demand, the structure and the relationship of the tables are given. In order to satisfy the demand of saving abundant vibration signal, Binary Large Object (BLOB) is introduced as the storing formatting of wave data.The monitoring and diagnosis system realized in this thesis is based on the configuration technologies. A little configurative process, even without programming can satisfy the different monitoring and diagnosis demands to different rotating machinery. The system can provide the basic monitoring and analysis function, such as frequency spectrum analysis, correlation analysis, orbit plot, etc. Besides the basic analysis module, start and stop analysis module, vector Spectrum analysis module, time-frequency analysis module, ball bearing diagnosis module, expert system, and dynamic balance module are also included in this system.Then, aimed at the hand-hold system, this thesis discusses and designs a dynamic balance system based on Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), given the structure of software and hardware, including the structure of the database. This thesis uses a Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) as the data acquisition device, and realizes the function of vibration analysis and dynamic balance on PDA.Finally, this thesis summarizes the paper, points out unfathomed problems and indicates what should do in the following phase. |
