Abstract/Summary:
LED light sources offer various advantages to conventional light sources:shorter response time,higher efficiency,lower power consumption,environmental protection,smaller volume,longer lifetime,better shock resistance and so on,therefore was widely accepted and welcomes by consumers,and was research focus of semiconductor illumination all over the world.This paper researched the key technologies of optical design,thermal design on LED system.The results were summarized as follows:1.Studied the optical,thermal and electric characteristic of LED.The optical model of White LED is created with the optical modeling software, and summed up the request and rule in national regulation,the result of raytrace shows that the intensity distribution of the LED optical model is consistent with the company gived.Studying the zonal constant integration method and computed the number of LED lamp,illuminance distribution of LED arrays is researched with the combination of theoretical analysis and simulation of computer,in the end get the distance between LEDs each other and the LED Arrays.2.Analyzed the influence of rising the junction temperature of LED upon performance of LED; in other words emphasized significance of thermal design of LED lamp. We studied the approach of cooling of LED lamp, and evaluated the feasibility of LED lamp from thermal aspect through Icepak software.3.The LED is connectted by crossing-mixing circuit. We used high-performance driving circuit chip design to ensure long-term stability of LED effective work. Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend were put forward.
