Geometric Control Method has many advantages, so its application is more and more widely in the cable-stayed bridge construction control. The girder fabrication error analysis data are essential parameters in the process of girder erection of cantilever assembled cable-stayed bridge to apply Geometric Control Method, so the studies on girder fabrication profile calculation methods and fabrication error analysis methods have become important in the cable-stayed bridge construction control.The basic theories of Geometric Control Method are introduced, and girder fabrication profile calculation methods and fabrication error analysis methods of composite cable-stayed bridge are studied based on the construction control of the Guanyinyan Bridge. The basic point of Geometric Control Method is: as long as the free length and free profile of each components in the cable-stayed bridge structure remain unchanged, after the bridge is completed, the final pattern of internal forces and the displacement the same, in spire of the construction process of the bridge. Based on this point, because the angle between each girder segment is very difficult to adjust during the construction of composite cable-stayed bridge, how to obtain an accurate fabrication profile has become very important.The relationship between Zero Initial Displacement Method and Tangential Initial Displacement Method are studied and two calculation methods of fabrication pre-camber are introduced. The calculation process of fabrication profile was also introduced. In addition, the girder fabrication error analysis methods of the Guanyinyan Bridge are introduced and the influence of fabrication error of the previously manufactured segment fabrication error on the follow-up manufactured segment profile are studied. The method of forecasting the final state through fabrication profile was also introduced, at the same time, this method can verify the authenticity of fabrication profile and provide reference to the follow-up batches girder profile adjustment is proved.
