In Xia'men subsea tunnel during construction, abnormal deformation of preliminary lining is more common, cracking and water leakage is more serious. Based on field monitoring measurement data, research information of cracks , water seepage, and material variation. The bond-slip and bond degradation model between steel arch and concrete is established; the paper analyzes the impact of the steel arch corrosion and the preliminary lining cracking on supporting system security, and offers some beneficial conclusions and suggestions to the subsea tunnel maintenance.This paper mainly consists of three parts: investigation and research of variation of preliminary lining; establishes the bond-slip and bond degradation model between steel arch and concrete; analyzes influence of preliminary lining variation study on supporting system security.Focusing on Xia'men subsea tunnel, the paper analyzes field monitoring measurement data and survey data, sum up types, laws, characteristics, reasons of each variation during the construction; analyzes and summaries characteristics, types, laws of the last variation of the material. On the basis of existing the research results, the paper establishes the bond-slip and bond degradation model suitable for engineering application between steel arch and concrete, Using the model under two conditions, with and without hydraulic pressure, analyzes the impact of the steel arch corrosion on their bearing capacity, as well as evaluates the security influence of preliminary lining concrete and secondary lining; analyzes the impact of the load distribution on support system security, as well as the laws of load distribution of support system in Xia'men subsea tunnel; analyze the influence of the steel arch corrosion on support system security when considering the load distribution. and analyzes the impact of the preliminary lining cracking on supporting system security with hydraulic pressure.
