| The asynchronous motor is widely applied in all trades and occupations because of its advantages such as the simple structure, the reliable running, the convenient service and cheap price. However it is well known that there are many shortcomings if the motor starts directly. When the motor starts with light load, the power lose will increase, the efficiency and power factors both reduce greatly. Therefore it has extremely vital significance to implement effective control on asynchronous motor, guarantee the security of the electrical machinery, and avoid the electrical network impact to enable it running economically.In this article we analyze the power loss of the asynchronous motor at first, and then research the circuit according to the three-phase asynchronous motor model and equivalent circuit. Relationship of the loss and the stator terminal voltage have been discussed separately, when the load is constant and variable. Through the analysis, we can get the conclusion that we can low the voltage to receive energy conservation. The regularity for change of the three-phase asynchronous motor power factor angle has been analyzed. And the fuzzy control technology, which is used to get high power factor, has been studied. Finally we carry on the simulation design and simulation experiment of the system and the simulation result indicated that this intelligence control system has achieved the anticipated effect. |
