It dose not only effectively reduce the tire-pavement interaction noise and alleviate the noisy pollution from busy highway near populated urban area, but also enhance driving safety and comfort by improving water log , glare and spray of road surface during rain. Therefore, there is important engineering and environmental significance to give a thorough research.The paper starts from the disadvantages of traditional concrete pavement, narrates the recent Study and Application of porous cement concrete pavement, summarizes the existing research results and deficiency, and brings forward the problems to be solved. According to material technological property and test methods of porous cement concrete, the paper outlines the indoor moulding and wear resistance methods. The mix proportion parameters, principle and processes of porous cement concrete are studied in detail. The paper also analyses the strength characteristics of porous concrete and outlines the influence law of aggregate gradation, mold technology, water-cement ratio, porosity, the strengthening agent type and optimum mix amount. By tests and mechanism analysis the physical properties of shrinkage and wear resistance, the durability of porous cement concrete is evaluated. On this basis, noise reduction, drainage and environmental protection function of porous cement concrete are studied in detail. |
