| The solar has the highest potentiality of building energy-saving in regenerative energies. Users can obtain the services such as heating, hot water, refrigeration, electric power, air regulating and ventilating etc from it. The application of solar is the way of achieve sustainable development of building industry, greatly reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution.At present, there is only little comprehensive research on solar in buildings, and it is still blanks at the aspect of control, manage for the solar application system in intelligent building. According to these situations, this paper which based on the studies can tell readers to use solar energy in intelligent building.Firstly, this paper systematically analyzed the technology of solar application system, then summarized the usable technology of solar energy in the buildings, finally studied their achieve methods and analyzed the economic profit.Next, the paper studies how to use intelligent method to control and management of solar application system, analyzes the control demand for every solar application system one by one, and design its monitoring system. Every monitoring system designed are included to BAS(Building Automation System) directly then the content of intelligent building system is extended.The paper adopts the software of SynchroIBMS by XIAN Synchrotime Software Co.LTD which can integrate solar application system into the BMS(Building Management System), design and develop the control interface of the solar application system which can easily to be managed and maintained in the real project. Then the solar application system is incorporated with IIS(Intelligented Integration System)by the software of SynchroRtPortal and the goal of integration is finally achieved.Finally, the paper summarizes the dissertation, indicates the deficiency and shows the next step.This paper has put forward the concept of the solar application system of intelligent building which is included into the IIS. Besides the concept expanded the content of intelligent building, enriched and improved the meaning of the intelligent building, reached the sustainable development of building industry. This paper is worth being referenced in the actual project because it provides a theoretical foundation and practical method for the application and popularization of solar in intelligent building. |
