With the rapid development of mountain highway in our country, the quantity and scale of the highway tunnel has increased constantly, and the proportion of super long highway tunnel has increased rapidly. However, the present highway quota system of our country can't meet the need of development. Many quota items need further research, supplement and improvement. This paper has taken Qinling Zhongnanshan super long highway tunnel as an example project, and the systematical researches have been done to the quota of super long highway tunnel. The mainly contents are as follows:1, the quota principle has been analyzed from the aspects of the labor quota, the material quota, and the mechanical quota. The quota time and non-quota time have been distinguished reasonably. At the same time, the commonly used quota determination methods and the data processing methods have been studied.2, according to the feature of Qinling Zhongnanshan super long highway tunnel, the quotas of excavation, mucking, ventilation, high-pressure wind and water pipe, illumination, electricity lines, initial support, concrete lining, waterproof and drainage have been carried out.3, based on the analysis of the quota regulation about the tunnel cost computation, the cost coefficients of length for the excavation, mucking, ventilation, high-pressure wind and water pipe, illumination, electricity lines, initial support, concrete lining, waterproof and drainage have been studied, and also the comprehensive cost coefficient of length has been thoroughly studied. The application proposal of the tunnel quota has been put forward.4, in view of center-reaming technology successfully used in Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel, the shaft excavation quota of center-reaming method has been worked out. Based on the new technology of entire section method used in ultra-deep and large ventilation shaft, the excavation quota of entire section method has been worked out. The new machine cost quotas of BMC400 and FJD-6 firstly used in Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel has been worked out. Meanwhile, the lining quota of the ventilation shaft has been studied.5, based on the characteristics of the ventilation duct of Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel, the excavation and concrete lining quota has been systematically studied. And also the excavation and concrete lining quota of big fan room of Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel has been worked out.
