With the rapid highway traffic development, the quantity and length of road tunnel is building up nicely. Slope mine and silo need to be installed on long highway tunnel to perfect the ventilation system ,and with the engineering more and more difficult ,it also to be installed to increase operate surface ,faster the construction progress. also the construction of them need to be more and more accurate, in sum , the problem which demanding prompt solution is how to sum up slope mine construction experience continually ; how to increase construction management levels ;how to plan construction management perfect and how to complete the project high-quality and efficient. This treatise is based on Qipanguan Inclined Shaft of Qipanguan highway tunnel. The object of study is research on inclined shaft construction management and tunnel construction section sequencing optimization aim to speed construction.Main research results:1,Based on large numbers of literature search and field research, it elaborate inclined shaft construction management prioritization scheme detailed which include the introduction of construction facility organization, construction process organization, labor organization and construction machinery.2,Research on the way of appropriate allocation excavator and dump truck, evolved a new theory for deploy dump truck.3,Based on multi working face construction condition, evolved construction section sequencing optimization basic concept, basic principle and basic steps, make this calculation method into the highway tunnel construction first time.Research results give guide to Qipanguan highway tunnel and inclined shaft can be shared with our proiect.
