Regional comprehensive traffic network accessibility is the reflection of perfect degree of traffic network structure, the rationality of traffic mode combination and convenience of traffic network. Based on the concept of accessibility and connectivity, the paper definite the concept of regional comprehensive traffic network accessibility, analysis on the influence factors, quantified the impact factors, build a calculation mode. At last, the example of jinghu comprehensive traffic network prove the rationality and feasibility of the calculation mode. Research content are as follows:1. The research of accessibility theory. Based on the definition of regional comprehensive traffic accessibility, the paper summarize accessibility measure methods, and compare the different evaluation methods. All of these can be used the reference for building evaluation index system of comprehensive traffic network.2. Analysis on the influence factors of regional comprehensive traffic network accessibility, which including: the factor of traffic network, space factor, traffic mode factor, distance factor, cost factor and user factor. User factor is the analysis of user travel motivation and user route choice behavior, and the other factors are the characteristic of comprehensive traffic network. The factors provide theoretical foundation for the evaluation index system of comprehensive traffic network.3. Quantify the impact factors of regional comprehensive traffic network. We use the AHP to determine the qualitative factor index and quantitative factor index for the node important. The paper quantity the weighted average travel time by averaging the different traffic mode travel time, quantity the route important according to administrative rank, calculate the route flow through the user equilibrium distribution.4. Study on the user equilibrium distribution of comprehensive traffic network based on user route choice. We build the function of mode attraction which based on the user travel demand, and the traffic assignment model. The paper also study the process analysis of traffic assignment, realize the traffic assignment theoretically.According to the characteristic of comprehensive traffic network, the paper build the calculation model of comprehensive traffic network and prove the rationality and scientific of calculation model.
