This paper combined with the design and development of the clutch fund project from Changchun Yidong Clutch Company, for the need of the optimization of the friction clutch torsion shock absorber, has done a lots of systems analysis and research on driveline torsional vibration problems and the role of the clutch work in the driveline.Established the Torsion vibration system mathematical model of Santana 2000GSI, then analyzed its inherent characteristics, and based on DST240 friction clutch, comparing the two types of the system response from the clutch with or without shock absorber, to found out the relationship between the parameters of clutch and system vibration. ADAMS was used to established the torsion vibration system dynamics model, and focuses on the study of shock absorber torsion stiffness and damping system effect in absorber the vibration, combined with theoretical calculations and actual production capacity, the optimal model of the disc clutch shock absorber was established, optimization toward DST240 clutch has done, and the transmission system and the conditions of vibration was improved.The results of this article enhance the capability of the clutch and improve torsion work form of the vehicle driveline and the transmission efficiency. This paper tried to found a new way to improve the design level of China-made clutch, and to enhance the clutch of domestic manufacturers more competitive.
