In this paper, according to the principle of the Duffing chaotic oscillator to detect weak signal and the theory of AC internal impedance detection theory, the method of internal impedance based on chaotic theory on-line measurement is studied. It can reduce the design of anti-interference circuit and the measuring circuit is simplified. So it plays an important roles in achieve internal impedance on-line measuring. The concretely circuit is desiged based on this method. The internal impedance data of battery and the trend of its change are analyzed by experiment. It is proved that, in the detection of weak signal, the anti-interference performance of chaotic oscillator method has more advantage than traditional FFT algorithm by the experimental results. At last, the prediction system of batteries is designed by applying BP neural network, the residual capacity can be conveniently and fastly achieved, and the influence of the internal impedance on the residual capacity is showed by the experiment results.
