| More and more cross-constructions such as bridges, culverts, docks, pipelines are often built on the flood control dike. In this paper, urban cross-constructions'flood control calculation method and flood control system comprehensive evaluation is deeply studied.First of all, based on two-dimensional mathematical model, set up a urban cross-construction of flood control embankment calculation method to analyze the damming water surface line, the river flow velocity. Secondly, fuzzy-element theory and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) are applied in the paper to construct urban cross-construction comprehensive evaluation model. The model can be used to evaluate the absolute consummate degree of a single object. Using this model to make comprehensive evaluation of flood control in S road overpass.
