The straw boiler takes farm crop straw as the boiler's main fuel.The process of boiler's combustion is a multi—parameter,nonlinear,time-varying and strongly coupling course,so it is hard to establish the exact mathematical models of the controlled objects.The article set up the theories mathematical models of the burn system on Hebei Jinzhou 75t/h straw boiler. and built up the transfer function from the fuel to Drum-Steam pressure and Main-Steam pressure based on lots of on-line data.Analyzed the characteristics of the grate, give the vibration frequency. Analyzed the influence of the drum heat upon the boiler combustion control.From combustion system of the dynamic state characteristic designed boiler burden, total breeze quantity, a breeze quantity, two breeze quantity, fuel quantity and stove Tang negative press of control system. Aim at the burnable characteristic of the straw boiler. Firstly, designed the CMAC (Cerebella Model Articulation Controller)proceeds together with PID of control system, the simulate result show the system's response quick, follow effect is good to rank, sine, square wave. And the designed the CMAC cascade control system ,Simulation results show,when the fuel disturbed CMAC has improved the performance of original system.an d it is better than normal PID controller in adaptability and robust.
