The paper on the basis of the Self-Anchored Suspension Bridge of Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge, the first bridge with changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder which was constructed by Incremental Launching Method. Combined with Finite Element Theory and Comparison and Selection Optimization Method, integrated with structural, mechanical and constructional characters of changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder, carried on a serie of research works around the simulation and computation theory, method and program on the need for Construction Control and Practial Construcion. Established a kind of method and developed a program suit for changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder which was constructed by Incremental Launching Method. The paper finished some works as follows:(1) Summarized characters of Long-span changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder which was constructed by Incremental Launching Method, pointed of the developing actuality and default of Incremental Launching Method in existence.(2) Based on Finite Element Theory, determined the finite element model of steel-box Girder and temporary pier, and defined the scheme for optimizing temporary piers'initial height accord with the fundamental that the number of adjusting temporary piers in the construction process tend to minimum.(3) Based on the research of the task group, put forward the method of Long-span changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder which was constructed by Incremental Launching Method, established the finite element model and mathematic model for simulation.(4) On the basis of the method of Long-span changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder which was constructed by Incremental Launching Method, Considering the nonlinear effect, combined ANSYS with MATLAB to develop a program MCCILM to simulate and optimize the process of Long-span changing curvature vertical curve steel-box Girder Bridge constructed by Incremental Launching method, computed the scheme for adjusting temporary piers of Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge.(5) Basis for the measured data collected from construction site of every temporary pier, verified the incremental launching scheme of Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge.
