| To achieve the sustainable development strategy of road construction,the hot in-place recycling technology of asphalt concrete pavements were firstly imported into Hainan province, which is gradually popularized and applicated at home. It is a maintenance and reconstruction method of old pavements, which is aimed at being based mainly on preventing the further development of pavement diseases, and gets the obvious advantages from economic benefits and social benefits. Meanwhile, the complete equipments of regeneration unit are introduced from abroad, and different types of units have big difference between the use of technology. In addition, there is the problem of imperfect regeneration process and no effective quality control method, which restrict the maintenance effect of pavements in HIR. Combining with the HIR construction section at the left hand in Hainan Eastern highway overhaul project of the section between Fuchen to Qionghai, This paper carried out mixture hot recycling techniques and re-construction quality control research of Wirtgen HIR unit, which is as follows:Firstly, it expounds in detail equipment structure and function of Wirtgen HIR unit in type of 4500, systematicly analysis characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of HIR, and introduces indoor test procedures and construction process before starting the HIR.Combined with itself characteristic of Wirtgen HIR unit, according to some important construction procedures, such as heating of hot unit, the temperature of recycled asphalt mixture, mixing time of recycled asphalt mixture in batching system, it puts forward the best control index and method corresponding to the construction procedures above by the way of field test and performance contrast test of recycled asphalt mixture indoor. In the study of heating of hot unit, according to the aging phenomenon of old pavements, it determined aging simulation mode indoor based on full investigation and research to the method of aging simulation mode, put forward the concrete operation method of simulating the heat aging relative to the heating of hot unit at construction site, to attain to the purpose of eliminating the errors of mix proportion design of recycled asphalt mixture due to the heat aging of hot unit.When paving the test section of recycling pavement, it puts forward the control value and method of construction quality in regeneration temperature, HIR regeneration thickness, the addition of regenerant and newly mixed concrete, the compaction quality and smoothness of regeneration pavement, which provides reference for guaranteeing of the construction quality of HIR in Hainan region. |
