This paper is focus on the Coordinated Control System(CCS) of the turbine-generator unit.And it sums up the existing problems and analysis the factors that affect the control performances of the CCS.When simplifies the turbine-generator unit as a two inputs and two outputs control plant and make some reasonable hypothesis,this paper sets up a dynamic math model of the Coordinated Control System.The main task of CCS is to satisfy the load instruction requirement of the electric network,to reduce disturbances in different forms,and to ensure the stability of the unit at the same time.Instead of one-degree-of-freedom PID controller,intelligent PID controller is adopted as the main controller of the turbine,and the later can somewhat reduce the dependency of CCS on the feed forward loop of the boiler.To improve the large-time delay characteristics of the boiler,the rule-based fuzzy predictor is used to predict the process output.The fuzzy predict strategy successfully predict the values of the main parameters and their changing trends in the future by computing them and their changing tendency that have occurred in the system.The simulation results have shown. That the system overshot can thus be effectively reduced.Fuzzy control strategy is used to adjust the instructions of boiler and turbine intellectually.With the fuzzy control system is not dependent on the mathematical model,with change of system parameters and sensitive to the non-linear,time-varying delay characteristics,showing a good robustness characteristics of the of the error when there is greater change,you can put the system in deviations from the great back,improve the system response speed and safety.The controller is then tuned by the instructions to keep up with the changing situations of the units in different load phases and working conditions.This kind of control scheme facilitates the global optimization of CCS.The unit of the boiler and steam turbine is the strong-coupling system,in order to achieve a single one-on-one control,decided to adopt a neural network decoupling control of many variables through simulation shows to achieve a good decoupling effect.This paper introduces the Neural Net work,Fuzzy self-adaptive control in to CCS control system.And an intelligent PID control system based on Neural Network,Fuzzy control is composed,Through emulation and robust analysis for the boiler plant of a coordinated control system,the paper illuminates the vast foreground of this method for controlling complicated industrial processes.Compared with the traditional PID controller,this intelligent control algorithm improved the respond rate of the load and the control performance of system,and achieved better control effect.
