| With the rapidly development of shipping industry, the trend of making large scale and the high-tech of ships are become more and more remarkable. There come forth many new ideas, the new technology, the new equipment in the marine power system and the electrical power system. The control, the surveillance and the management of power equipment's plays an important role in the marine power system. In order to realize the reliability for the movement, control and management of the marine power plant, and enhance the automation degree of unmanned engine room, the thesis has designed a marine power automation system base on PLC,Serial communication and computer network, which can increase the reliability, stability and economic effect, using advanced industrial control technology, computer technology. This kind of system is also called DCS (Distribution Control System).The first this automation monitoring system is composed by two or more sub-stations and one main station. Every sub-station system is cored by one Siemens S7-300 series PLC and a group of diesel dynamotor. The sub-station can realize functions such as automatic control two or more generators to parallel connection working, automatic distribute voltage and reactive power, frequency and power, by means of Siemens STEP7 development software to program PLC. Main station is composed by a industrial PC with Windows Server 2003 OS , WinCC( Windows Control Centre) and IIS7. Use PROFBUS industrial fieldbus and serial communication technology to monitor PLC and intelligent instruments. So main station can exchange info and data with sub-stations, It's also can control peripheral applications to working with high efficiency high speed and safety. With WiCC system we can create vivid visual process animation, which can great enhance this surveillance system's function.The last this thesis base on the real industrial approach, use software to simulate the PLC programme, then by means of laboratory's equipment to test the system. Through comparer and analyse the data to approve this system is a feasible one. |
