Port transportations are developing very quickly now,the number,size and tonnage of ships are changed with it.Accordingly celerity,maneuverability, security of the ship is requested highly.Single engine and single propeller can't meet maneuver request of large marines,more propellers with more engines can satisfy the request in different work conditions and are adopted more and more widely.It comes down to the question of marine-engines-propellers interaction in the process of energy transformation and transmission,reasonable interaction can improve navigation efficiency and save energy sources.The thesis takes large marine with four steam turbines and four propellers as object,researches on the interaction and optimization of marine-steam turbines-propellers.This thesis established four unrestricted motion mathematical model of large marines based on the MMG separation formula,which discussed and analyzed the hydrodynamic forces and moments of the model,propeller thrust and propeller torque,the hydrodynamic forces and moments acted on the rudder and interferential forces and moments produced by wind,wave and current.The movement characteristics of large marines and the effect of winds,waves and currents were considered adequately in this model.The thesis designed PID controller and fuzzy-PID controller based on the theory of speed and heading control,carried on control on speed and heading of the marine with single engine and single propeller,then compared and analyzed the control effect of two kinds of controllers,the result showed that the control effect of fuzzy-PID was better.In different sailing work conditions,carried on the marines speed and heading control with fuzzy-PID controller to ensure that the marines sailed in the beeline and reached the speed object quickly.The thesis expatiated the basic theory of marines-engine-propeller interaction and exterior penalty function method,studied the characteristics of the marine(resistance),steam turbine and propeller,established optimizing model of marine-steam turbine-propeller interaction,optimized marine-steam turbine -propeller interaction with exterior penalty function method,simulation result showed the efficiency of propeller and mainframe was improved,come to expected object.
