Measurement technology has taken a very important role in research and industrial production. Scientific evaluation of measurement result is of great meaning. Measurement uncertainty has been widely accepted as a quantitative index of measurement result. Though dynamic measurements have gradually become the mainstream of modern surveying,the current express and evaluation method of uncertainty is based on the "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(GUI)",which was published in 1993 by International Organization for Standardization(ISO),and the key issue of dynamic evaluation of uncertainty for dynamic measurements has been omitted in GUI. It is need to research the evaluation and principle of dynamic measurement uncertainty to indicate the quality of measurement result reasonably.The research stems from technology and precision test apparatus National Key Laboratory of the project "Dynamic Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement and Its Application". Aiming at studying definition, source and evaluation methods of dynamic uncertainty, the research and its results are as follows:⑴the characteristic of measurement system was analyzed, then the error sources characteristic and its evaluation method was discussed for dynamic measurement system.⑵dynamic uncertainty and its formation principle were studied, the index for evaluating dynamic uncertainty was specified, evaluation methods for several dynamic measurements was given.⑶based on the research of error sources tracing for dynamic measurement system, dynamic uncertainty was studied and its evaluation methods were given by analyzing every uncertainty sources in detail.⑷a dynamic uncertainty evaluation method was proposed based on analyzing the index of measurand value characteristics of measurement system, a dynamic uncertainty evaluation example was given for a dynamic experiment system.The principle and evaluation method was studied by analyzing the characteristics of dynamic measurement and of dynamic measurement system. The research results may be of some meaning for dynamic uncertainty evaluation.
