The past 20 years, in the national economy, sustainable development, gradual improvement of living conditions of the people, the people's living environment and office environment is demanding higher and higher comfort and air-conditioned building can through the building envelope thermal performance good and auxiliary artificial cold and heat source, regulating the indoor environment of the micro-climate, set up a comfortable indoor thermal environment, has become the mainstream of architecture.Air-conditioning devices, there is a large water systems, mainly refers to chilled water systems and cooling water systems, air-conditioning systems can not be separated from all parts of the road system, water pipes, and these systems need to consume larger pump energy transmission. Practical engineering design, air-conditioning cooling load because of large values, resulting in increased pipeline transportation systems, water pumps, power capacity expansion of water systems will be in a large flow of small temperature difference to run the state, thereby forming a large water system energy-saving space. Therefore, the lower the air conditioning water system of the transmission energy consumption, up to a certain extent improve the efficiency of energy use my country to ease the contradiction between energy supply and demand problem.In this paper, a theoretical analysis of a variable flow system, working principle, energy-saving mechanism, research and comparison of variable flow systems of different control methods, elaborated in detail on pressure control and temperature control method for air-conditioning systems affect energy consumption , especially for pumps and chillers cease and the impact of energy consumption. And the use of MATLAB on the set up variable flow air-conditioning system cooling load calculation model for building cooling demand and maintain stable internal temperature of building mathematical model of energy-saving, and thus have been more energy-efficient than traditional methods of control strategy. These control strategies will be stored in the database, set the temperature range for each operating frequency of the pump, according to cooling load changes in the use of the corresponding control parameters. Through engineering practice, the first charged with collecting the central air-conditioning chilled water system, cooling water system and out of the water temperature and many other parameters, then use MTALAB cooling load calculation program, and a comparative analysis of empirical data to generate chilled water pumps, cooling water pump to run power reasonable state, then put through the data on the chilled water pumps, cooling pumps to deal with variable frequency, forming a closed loop, the pumps with the cooling load changes, thereby reducing its power, in order to achieve the purpose of saving electricity. The results of the analysis to run for some office-type building, chilled water pipe system do set temperature control mode, and then combined with water chiller control addition and subtraction can be energy-saving 30% energy consumption in air-conditioning is also considerable.
