A Study On The Contemporary Architectural Modeling Approach Involved In The Vision Culture

Currently, a series of major construction projects have drawn the architects and people's attention and sparked their heated discussions by novel and unique modeling, from which it is easy to discover that the "vision of Architectural Creation" has been a phenomenon and tendency in contemporary architectural creation. Apparently, contemporary architectural culture benefiting from the modern diffusion technology has been divorced from rationalism which regards the traditional architectural language as the center and gradually been closer to irrationalism which centers on vision especially the images glaring on film or television . The coming times of visual culture not only marks the changes and new formation of cultural types, also implies the conversion of architectural creation paradigm.This thesis, based on the contemporary visual culture and modern cognitive theory, has not only analyzed comprehensively the constituent elements, the manifestation pattern and the characteristic feature of contemporary architectural modeling in terms of Architectural Morphology and video graphic, but also induced systematically the types and styles of contemporary architectural design with reference to the environmental scene, architectural forms and building means. Besides, according to cognizance and aesthetic expression of modern architecture, it has also made scientific researches on the creative concept of contemporary architecture influenced by Vision Culture in order to explore and expand the philosophy of contemporary architecture creation.
