The Research Of The Construction Of Beauty Spot Border Type Countryside In The Southwest Anhui Dabie Mountain Area

The 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee has brought forward the new goal of socialism rural construction: " To Develop Production Capability; To Live a Rich Life; To Cultivate Rural Civilization; To Create Tidy Rural Environment; To Build Democratic Management." The construction of a new type of socialism countryside is a significant historic task in the course of China's modernization. The construction of new rural area is a systematic project that relates to rural area politics, economy, culture, science, education, hygiene, social security, ecology guarantee, and people's life. Due to the diversity of resource and environment in different places, when we are to draw blueprint of the construction in the rural area, we should insist the principle that every plan should be realistic, based on the circumstance, divided into steps, and moved on steadily. Each plan should be worked out with local and national characteristics according to factors such as "geographic location, humanity, historical setting" in plain or mountain areas.The levels of economic development and non-agricultural production industry as well as urbanization are backward in the Southwest Anhui Dabie Mountain area. The major part of this countryside area does not obtain basic conditions to develop new rural construction. The primary mission lies in developing the rural economy and escaping from poverty as soon as possible. Its rural economy's development mainly lies in selecting suitable leading industry, which may depend on the advantageous resources of closing to the beauty spot area. One of the most suitable patterns is to develop the ecotourism.Based on the survey and practice in the Southwest Anhui Dabie Mountain area, this thesis suggests that in order to develop the countryside tourism reasonably, we need to construct a scientific and rational development pattern. We should start with setting up a general goal and analyzing the resources. And then work out a scientific and rational exploitation plan. This thesis also offered some specific plan and architectural design method based on the previous exploitation plans.Through the research of the construction of beauty spot border type countryside in the Southwest Anhui Dabie Mountain area, the thesis listed new rural construction pattern in mountain area especially mountain area with abound natural resources, which has certain guiding significance to new rural socialism construction.
