Faced with the resources of our petroleum finite, the oil import progressively increasing year by year and the rocky situation of international oil price, the country try our best to guarantee the security of the energy and satisfy with objective demand of the national economic development and the national security. Massively constructing underground water-sealed rock storage caverns is imperative.Now, there are more large-scale underground oil storage caverns and mature technology abroad; however, there is no large-scale underground oil storage cavern in China. Just 30 years ago, our country constructed small-scale underground caverns such as huangdao and xiangshan. There is no whole design and construction technology and norm. Therefore, the development of different kinds of the technology of design and construction is real meaning.Based on the Huangdao underground water-sealed rock storage caverns, the distribution problem of stress field and displacement field and seepage field of the rock is solved by the method of three dimensional numerical simulation in the consideration of seepage state and no seepage state. The main achievements:1 In the no consideration of seepage state, the optimum excavation method of underground water-sealed rock storage caverns is solved by the three dimensional numerical simulation of the distribution situation of stress field and displacement field, as well as the analysis of key-points' displacement field.2 In the consideration of seepage state, the underground water-sealed rock storage caverns adopt the optimum excavation method, in the comparative analysis of stress field and displacement field and plastic zone of the rock. At the same time, I will study regional cone of depression as result of the excavation of underground water-sealed rock storage caverns.3 Water-sealed tunnel takes an important role in the protection of the excavation of underground water-sealed rock storage caverns. According to the principle of oil storage, I will get the reasonable setting height through the analysis of pore water pressure in the situation of different heights between water sealed tunnel and main cavern grotto.
