| In the traditional boating decoration design work, the chief way is using simple CAD tool, which needs too much work on data input , statement, graphical design and its checking. In this thesis, an effective solution is provided.The chief content in boating decoration is the layout of decorating board, which is ought to be the problem of packing problem. The two chief packing object are the packing space and the packing object. Towards those, the process of design is divided into basic draft process and the layout of decorating boards, then the related CAD algorithm is given. On the base of board layout and the aided function such as draft checking, the system frame is given.Firstly, towards to the problem of layout space expression, the process of basic draft is proceeded. That is, on the base of plotted baseline , proper algorithm is used, then the basic layout space entity is computed, after the split on basic layout space, the expression of layout space is obtained.Secondly, towards to the problem of board layout, using proper form to express different decorating board; then, according to the design rules in practical work, the constraint term is generalized; in addition, an algorithm for the layout of board is put forward and implemented. On the base of the defination of layout space and layout alogrithm, the function of boards layout is implemented.Towards to the problem of edition, a new strategy is used. firstly, the layout method is packed-up ,and the trigger system is set up; then, edited layout method and new layout space are invoked through the trigger system; lastly, the layout of decorating board is redone, which leads to the implementation of edition operation.Finally, the study and implementation of professional CAD system for boating decoration is developed using the achivement mentioned above. In addition, the implementation of this system is proved by an example. At the same time, some expectation is brought forward from to the objective of the improving the design efficiency and integration with PLM system. |
