Engine is the core parts of the automobile. Balancing shaft technology have been applied extensively in the automobile engine industry. Balancing shaft is used to balance and reduce the automobile engine's vibration, to lower the engine's noise, to extend the automobile engine's life, to enhance the driver's comfort when driving.To improve the automobile parts'production and processing capacity, in September 2007, Xiangfan Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Limited Company planed to build an AEB balancing shaft,gear and shell processing and assembly line. XF-1495 Automated Dynamic Balancing and Hot-Press Machine is one of the CNC machine tool equipments for the automated production line.Its main function is to measure the AEB Balancing Shaft's unbalance ,look for the position of the maximum unbalance and drill a signed logo in the position, then press the AEB balancing shaft into the hotted gear with processing.Based on the entire equipment's working conditions and the processing requirements, the auther studied the control system of the Automated Dynamic Balancing and Hot-Press Machine.First of all, the basic structures and working principle of the machine were introduced,various of control module were studied. Then, the author looked into a lot of domestic and foreign materials on this equipment, used mechanical and electrical systems integration.With Schneider servo actuation system's electronic gear and Profibus-DP bus functions and Siemens S7-300 PLC, the author established the program of the machine's control system by Siemens STEP7 software.The control system can control the balancing machine's speed in unbalance measurement and in the phase-stop.It can improve the balancing machine's servo system phase-stop precision. The article focused on the electrical control system and PLC control system, studied the balance measurement system by depth and solved its accuracy problem when the balancing machine stopped.Finally, the author summarized the full-text work,listed the future work and remnant issues requiring urgent solution individually, provided a theoretical reference for further improvement and optimization the accuracy of the machine.
