Laminated rubber bearings and sliding isolation bearings are widely studied and used both internal and international.The laminated rubber bearings(LRB) and sliding isolation bearings(SIB) are employed to form a new kind of bearings—composite isolation bearings(CIB) in this paper.The CIB not only gathers the merits of the two beatings,but also avoids the demerits of its components.It is mainly to discuss the hysteretic properties of the three kinds of bearings.Firstly,the paper concluded that the hysteretic properties of the CIB can be calculated by adding the hysteretic properties of LRB and SIB from the analysis.It strongly provided the feasibility of calculating the hysterical curve of CIB.Secondly,it can form different kinds of CIB for different value of the sliding loading ratio,which had been defined.According to the test results,the push-over analysis method is used to calculate the properties of the CIB.The article analyzes the isolation prosperities of different kinds of CIB are analyzed using the calculation program.It is concluded that the CIB has better isolation effects and should be widely used.The most optimized composite isolation bearings are devised based on the calculation results in the paper.
