Environmental pollution and water shortages have gradually become the key factors which limit the human development.Under such circumstances, treatment and recycle of wastewater should be promoted. The current process of wastewater treatment and recycle is flawed in several aspects, such as the long process, large projecting area, and excessive investment. Therefore, the research and promotion of the new process deserve special attention.Based on the further research into the integrated process of Fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor and ozone floatation separately, the research of using Fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor-Ozone floatation group process is proposed.Through the analysis of the technical characteristics,it can be concluded that this group process is short-processed, highly-efficient and energy-constrained.If this process is applied into practice,it will be a breakthrough with vast potential for future development in the field of wastewater treatment and recycle. In order to promote the practical application of the integrated process, this research enlarges the devices based on the experimental researches, making further studies of the technical traits and parameters of using Fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor-Ozone floatation group process in wastewater treatment and recycle. The focus of the research is to select the wastewater treatment plants of optimum scale and debug, determine the dimensions of the equipments, optimize the system design specifications and conduct the site tests.During the process of site tests, the operating parameters are optimized. The dosage is geared down as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the water quality, hence the investment const saving.Type of pollutant removed in each unit is investigated through the contrast of the water quality from four sample connections. The promoting effect of the microorganism on the removal of pollutants is studied through the comparison between the removal effect of the Fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor and the beaker experiment. The advantages and limitations of this group process are analyzed through system debug and preliminary operation, which gathers experience on the popularization of this process.
