As China's national economy and the continuous development of the steel industry,the number and scale of steel structure of projects have increased year by year,the corresponding project of the steel structure of the security problems are increasingly caused by the engineering attention.However,a long time,people often focus on the new design steel design theory and methods of research,the neglect of the use of steel in the process of structural damage and structural properties of the mechanism of evolution studies;focus on the safety and applicability of steel research, and ignores the durability of steel,resulting in the use phase of steel structural damage mechanism,the research on structural properties of the evolution of the law is lagging behind.Atmospheric corrosion of steel in the service environment,subjected to corrosion damage of the attack is inevitable,not only caused by corrosion of steel components in service to reduce the cross-section,but also caused to steel yield strength,ultimate strength,yield ratio,elongation and other mechanical changes in performance indicators,has seriously affected the reliability of steel structures.Corrosive environment to carry out in-service stress corrosion properties of steel structures to explore the material properties of steel after corrosion in the degradation of the law, study the corroded steel components after the degradation mechanism of mechanical properties,corrosion of steel by the establishment and consistent power performance assessment theory and method.The results of this research may reveal the potential dangers of in-service steel structure,and provide a theoretical basis for maintenance and reinforcement of the in-service steel structure.In this paper,carry on Corrosion of H-shaped steel components subject to bending load performance test study. Steel corrosion considering the complexity of the problem itself and the characteristics of multi-factors,this paper discusses the steel structure of the atmospheric corrosion coating for steel corrosion coating load after prediction lay the foundation for performance;by steel corrosion and mechanical properties of the surface corrosion performance testing,research exposure to natural atmospheric corrosion,the corrosion characteristics of steel and rust pit distribution to explore the corrosion of the steel yield strength,ultimate strength,yield ratio,elongation and other mechanical properties;through the H-shaped steel corrosion beams carrying performance tests revealed corrosion in H-shaped steel beams bend the laws of the performance degradation,the establishment of H-shaped steel components corroded flexural capacity degradation model;the pilot study on the basis of corrosion defects on the characterization of the method to simplify the establishment of corroded steel Flexural bearing capacity of structural prediction model and the application of the model analysis of atmospheric environment in different cities in China under the steel components in service corrosion performance degradation after the law of'bending load,in order to in-service corrosion evaluation of steel lay the foundation for the reliability of identification.
