| With the rapid development of China's expressways,semi-rigid asphalt pavement design and construction technology developed and a series of fruitful progress was made,but the use condition of the current semi-rigid asphalt pavement in high-grade highway,Some common problems will emerge after the use of a certain age(Less than the design life).Through research of the practical problems and the lessons met in multi-year construction and use on the semi-rigid asphalt pavement in Inner Mongolia region,and compared the use of highway running condition,the road structure,use of the early damage and its causes of semi-rigid high-grade highway asphalt pavement in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are detailed analysed.By reference to the relevant documentation,considered the use of high-grade highway requirements,the size and composition of traffic,the local weather and the natural environment and other factors of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,After the investigation and analysis,scientific and rational control measures are provided on early damage control of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region highway asphalt pavement.The measures of strengthen compaction,improve the design of asphalt mixture proportion,materials control,set graded broken stone base and Improve road drainage and surface structure design etc are proposed.And the issues was put forward in the concrete implementation of control measures that should be paid attention to with the aim of strengthening the control measures and applicability of operable of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region early semi-rigid asphalt pavement damage,to reduce the early destruction of roads,to avoid unnecessary economic losses,to extend the service life of highway. |
