Durafibre reinforced concrete is a kind of new plastic concrete, and its essence is mixing normal plastic concrete with proper amount durafibre, which dry density is between 2000 and 2100 Kg/m3. It overcomes the poor strength character of normal plastic concrete and has better performance of plastic deformation capacity and impermeability. These characters bring it capacious prospect to be used as hydraulic material, wall material and all kinds of flexible waterproof material. By the experiment that indicating relationship about strength, elasticity modulus, permeability coefficient and material, this thesis shows constitutive relationship between durafibre reinforced concrete's inner structure and all sorts of physics mechanical performance, and presents the thought of compounding high performance durafibre reinforced concrete and related key technology.Low elasticity modulus is key proposal during the development of plastic concrete. But this will make plastic concrete strength decrease and be damaged when suffering too heavy loading. In order to solve this engineering application problem, it's necessary to develop new plastic concrete with high strength and low elasticity modulus function. As first time, we propose to mix durafibre into plastic concrete and make related experiment by adding admixture and changing mixture ratio, and aim is to make the low elasticity modulus concrete also having special impermeability ability corresponding to properties request except proper strength performance.This thesis'main work and important conclusion:(1) Doing experiment and research about durafibre plastic concrete properties from all sides Using high range water reducing agent and defining water cement ratio base on characters of bentonite, durafibre and pumice coarse aggregate. Compounding out durafibre plastic concrete of 1900 Kg/m3 dry density through absolute bulk density method and orthogonal test(2) Studying the plastic deformation capacity and impermeability of durafibre plastic concrete.On the premise of ensuring strength and working performance of fresh concrete, searching after durafibre plastic concrete's optimum proportion.In experiment, normal plastic concrete achieving the performance target with high strength, low elasticity modulus and high permeability.(3) Providing reference for durafibre plastic concrete's preparation and application through its constitutive relationship research. By different mixing ratio, durafibre will bring different enhancement effective for concrete strength, and this should be analyzed by experiment according to actual status, but its contribution to concrete's permeability is beyond question. Blending bentonite not only can decrease concrete's early strength and Elasticity modulus,but also reduce cost, and also can improve permeability when cooperation with admixture. In experiment we get good performance durafibre plastic concrete with ow elasticity modulus, perfect permeability and proper strength characters.
