Seepage is an important project in the engineering field, especially for the problem of free surface seepage.Because free surface boundary is unknown,we need the iteration to solve it.The paper is based on saturated-unsaturated seepage theory and transformed by the saturated-unsaturated seepage differential equation. The equation inferred seepage differential equations, which use variables of saturation and the total head.Use distribution of saturation to capture the saturation line automatically, the advantage of which is can avoid using water capacity and the unit storage capacity function. This model can solve constant and non-constant question and it provided a powerful tool and the new research direction for the seepage.Firstly the article has introduced in detail to the computational procedure, including the equation inferential deduction, solution as well as computational process. Then carried on the explanation to the procedure the part of improvement, which prove this procedure is superior. Through analytic solution and experiment example, confirms to this article procedure. And through stable, unstable seepage analysis, make a research of dam seepage under the influence of the initial conditions, difference of permeability coefficient, model selection, water level change。The paper introduced the theory of slope stability theory and use limit equilibrium method to make stability analysis of the slope under seepage force function.Use finite element method to analysis the dam.At last the model is used to count several engineering example.Comparing the 2D numerical results with electrical simulations,it is proved that the seepage model can count the seepage surface and the location of search results in dam well and truly.
