The "Oil Change Electricity" Lectotype Research Of RTG In T Port

Because of the finance crisis,the price of crude oil has continually declined recently.But the crude oil belongs to non-creating resource,and the price will finally go up with the amount of the crude oil is less and less.In order to guarantee the country energy security and improve security index,the country will develop diversity energy and improve the structure of energy.So on the other hand,the country tries to develop the supply of electric energy,stable the price of it.For the sake of responding to the call on envirmenmental protection and using high efficiency equipment,the new project item refuses to use the equipment with large energy consuming and low efficiency,and gives priority to the equipment with electricity energy as dynamic force.In this article, T Container Yard Company decides to use electricity power replacing diesel oil as dynamic force.The article analyses the situation of RTG,pointing at its disadvantage,and further introduces concept of E-RTG.It recommends the existing several "oil change electricity" at present,applying to the T port case study.Aiming at the situation of the port and the amount of RTG in other ports in China,this article ensures the "oil change electricity" program and the amount it needs.The program chosen is given finances evaluation,and the result shows that initial program and "oil change electricity" program is feasible from the point of finances.But the latter program is better according to the quota of investment recovery period or the quota of internal rate of return,and is less energy consuming.When sensibility analysis is done to the price of energy,the conclusion is confirmed.When the price of fuel and electricity all increase,the latter program is more sensibility.This paper has combined the normal method with example,and made every effort to integrate with practice closely,paid attention to the effectiveness of the strategic scheme.
