Diesel engines which have higher fuel efficiency and lower fuel consumption has become many new cars's power plant in Europe and America.Therefore,as an oil refining products,diesel oil has become an important driving force for fuel. However,sulfur compounds in diesel fuel also greatly concerned about the hazards,so reducing the sulfur content of diesel fuel and development production process of clean low sulfur diesel become one of the study for researchers to compete,photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization can react under normal temperature and pressure in response to mild conditions,low cost,which is considered to be a energy saving,environment-friendly new technology.In this paper,on the basis of the system to study phosphotungstic acid on the photocatalytic properties and applied research,we has researched its photocatalytic oxidation performance of removing DBT.On this basis,we choosed TiO2,SiO2 as a carrier according to synergistic effect mechanism,prepared supported HPW of photocatalyst,researched its photocatalytic oxidation performance for DBT in diesel simulation fluid,and discussed its structure and mechanism of photocatalytic oxidation.1.HPW will be applied to diesel desulfurization system as a photocatalyst,the results showed that desulfurization reaction rate close to 100%when reacted 80 min and an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide can significantly improve the photocatalytic activity in the conditions of DBT studied in the acetonitrile,500W medium pressure mercury lamp(no filter),1.5g/L HPW and pass the air.2.In order to solve the recovery problem for HPW,HPW/TiO2 was synthesized assisted ultrasound and applied to the diesel desulfurization system.The results showed that desulfurization reaction rate close to 99%when reacted 5 hours in the conditions of 500W medium pressure mercury lamp,0.06 g 30%HPW/TiO2 photocatalyst,0.5mL H2O2 in petroleum ether/DBT diesel simulation system,the desulfurization rate is still 80.76%after repeated use of the catalyst 5 showing HPW had better off melting resistance. 3.HPW/SiO2 was synthesized assisted ultrasound and applied to the diesel desulfurization system.The results showed that desulfurization reaction rate close to 94%when reacted 5 hours in the conditions of 500W medium pressure mercury lamp,0.06 g 30%HPW/SiO2 photocatalyst,0.5mL H2O2 in petroleum ether/DBT diesel simulation system,the desulfurization rate is still 83.26%after repeated use of the catalyst 5 showing HPW had better off melting resistance.4.supported mechanism,photocatalytic mechanism and synergistic effect mechanism with TiO2 for HPW were researched.
