Research On The Landscape Design Of Small Town Based On The Value Engineering

Due to the rapid development of the society and economy,and the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level,the level of people's material and spiritual life has been greatly improved,so people's thirst for the landscape environment become more and more high.Therefore,Based on these issues,how to create a good or the most valuable landscape environment is becoming the major problem to the towns in the developing tourism.For this reason,this thesis related to the cross and integrated of the multi-disciplinary knowledge,and has the character of interdisciplinary research.This thesis base on the management of science,tourist economics,environmental psychology,art design and so on,and other school subjects on the basis of the system as a method of guidance,the foundation used theory and empirical analysis,system analysis and anatomy of a typical combination of research methods as a guide.From the theory of the value engineering points,I analyze the function,cost and values of the tourism landscape design of the small town.The main contents of this thesis is that classify the functions of the tourism landscape design of small towns into four categories,respectively is development and protection of tourism resources,meet the needs of tourists,meet the spiritual and cultural needs of tourists and model the landscape image of the tourism.I classify the costs of the tourism landscape design of small towns into five categories,respectively is preliminary investigation cost,designed cost,construction cost,using cost and abandonment demolition cost.Finally,I take the Tang chi Spa tourism as an example of landscape design to carry on empirical research which demonstrates that the evaluation index and evaluation of the accuracy of the model.This research has the important theory significance and the practice guiding sense,which not only rich and perfect landscape design system info,and also has provided the rationale for the management science and the design art study two discipline's fusions.It has the extremely high theory innovation.At the same time,it has provides scientific method to the value engineering of the tourism landscape design,and provides the reference for the small cities traveling landscape design's value appraisal,and its empirical study verify the accuracy of theoretical research.This mainly innovation of article are following,it definite the concept and types of the tourism landscape design of the small town in our country,use the value engineering theory analyze it's function and costs,and optimize each link about function and costs of the tourism landscape design of the small town.And I proposed its value appraisal's indicator system,and design value evaluation model of the tourism landscape design of the small towns which provide a basis for model evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate their value.I hoped that can make some positive contributions quickly to our country' tourism landscape design of the small town better development.In social development's today,the discipline tends to be under the fusion new situation,by the concrete question concrete study's manner,nimble will manage the advanced method to utilize in the landscape design,is not only beneficial to the entire landscape design discipline's development,simultaneously will also promote the entire society's development progress.
