Uncertainty factors such as unavoidable weather conditions,aging of components and available resources with time-varying process in the practical operating process are compositely considered in the paper in reliability evaluation of distribution system.A method of distribution system reliability evaluation is introduced by considering uncertainty factors combined with sequential Monte-Carlo simulation method using time-varying reliability models.Reliability and economic indices of load points and system can be calculated.Reliability of IEEE-RBTS-bus2 system is evaluated in six different simulation cases,which can illustrate different effects on reliability indices for uncertainty factors such as weather environments and component aging factors,available resources,load and interruption cost.The results of reliability evaluation considering uncertainty factors may be in line with practical situation,which supports references of decision analysis for operating planners.
