Reinforced concrete structure is the main structural type of port hydraulic structures. Effected by lots of factors, this structure will be damaged more or less in its designed life. If you not take effective measures in ahead, it will lead to the structural bearing capacity reducing, the durability losing, even the whole structural damaged, and bringing great economic losses and serious security responsibility for the accident in the end. In this paper, according to the statistical analysis on the foreign and domestic port, found out why the reinforced concrete structure had been damaged.This paper references a large number of access and information. Take the Shenzhen Mawan berth No.1-4 work maintenance as an example, summarized that diseases of the hydraulic structure into the main role to the structural damage and destruction of concrete and cracks caused by the environment. Made new theories and methods of calculation of carbon fiber reinforced concrete beams reinforced flexural capacity of the calculation. Finally, the empirical formula is used in the actual member. The calculated result is compared with experimental result in order to verify the practicality of the formula.This paper concludes several aspects as follows:(1) Investigate the structure of the harbor terminal disease concrete circumstances at home and abroad, and categories the system of disease for the structure.(2) And analyse the reasons of disease for the harbor pier concrete structures. Come to the main reasons of the concrete structure performance deterioration in the marine environment included steel corrosion caused by chloride intrude the ion concrete, concrete cracking of protective layer, decreasing area of the reinforced sectional and the performance bond reduction to reinforced with concrete(3) This paper based on the mechanism of carbon fiber reinforcement, put forward a new method to calculate the bending resistant capacity of the new strengthening beams. This method considered the second reinforcement beams' characteristics and the effect which the strain increment of tensile reinforcement's yield point jog worked to perform high-strength characteristics from carbon fiber role, also made use of the carbon fiber strength reduction coefficient which is blade, and showed the value of the blade. Use the formula proposed in this paper to calculate the capacity of taking carbon fiber to strengthen beams, the result is proved valid in the practical projects.(4) On the project of strengthening Shenzhen Mawan berth, by means of researching on the damages to the port comprehensively, found out a most economical and practical reinforcement. And then the terminal will play its role better, extend its life.In this paper, the structure of the hydraulic method of disease had a positive response of exploration and research. Finally, the simple and practical and reliable detection method is given. Hydraulic structures in the maintenance service work reinforcement play a role in promoting and strengthening the maintenance of similar hydraulic structures mentioned for reference.
