| A bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor(BPMSM) is a new type of bearingless motors,which has function of magnetic beatings.Compared with traditional permanent magnet motors,permanent magnet type bearingless motor has a serial of advantages,such as no friction, no wearing,no need of lubrication,no pollution,high-speed,high-precision and long life-span. It has potential application foreground in those fields of semiconductor manufacture, bioengineering,aviation and so on.Because bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multivariable,strong-coupling and nonlinear system,resonable design of control system is a necessary guarantee for stable operation of the motor system.In the dissertation,the power amplifiers of BPMSM are studied according to control requirements of BPMSM.The hardware control system is developed and basic research on the design of control system software is made. The main works of this dissertation are presented as follows:Firstly,the research background of bearingless motor are summarized,the main characteristics of bearingless motors are introduced,research status and development trend of bearingless motor are generalized.Secondly,based on the mathematical model of general permanent magnet synchronous motor and working principle of BPMSM,the mathematical model of BPMSM is established according to Maxwell tensor method.Then the control strategy based on rotor flux field oriented is adopted,which can achieve the decoupling control of the motor.The diagram of vector control system is showed.Thirdly,the hardware part of BPMSM's control system is developed,focusing on power drive circuit including power inverter circuit,voltage feedback,optical coupling isolation,fault protection and so on.Interface circuits of different sensors and multiple independent output switching power which supply power for power drive circuit are also designed.The feasibility of each part of circuits is tested through simulation and debugging.By means of voltage space vector,the software control system based on TMS320LF2407A is developed and the flowcharts of each functional block are presented.Finally,experiment platform of BPMSM's control system is constructed and the hardware and software of control system are debugged.The experimental waves are showed,which proved that control system can achieve the stable operation of BPMSM. |
