The brushless DC motor(BLDCM) adopts electronic commutation instead of the mechanical commutation,so it has excellent characteristics of DC motor,such as good start and timing performance.The brushless DC motor overcomes the friction disadvantages of ordinary DC motor radically with its simple brushless structure.It has been extensively used in many industrial domains,such as aviations,robots, digital machine tools,and in medical or home appliances.So,it is very significant to research such a control system with quick response,powerful regulation capability and high precision.This paper is concentrated on BLDCM System Based on Fuzzy-PI mixed control. The structure and principle of BLDCM are discussed in detail in the paper.The mathematic model of BLDCM is found.The simulation model of control system is build,and simulated in Simulink Environment.The simulation illustrates that excellent flexibility as well as high precision and good robustness are obtained by the proposed strategy.The hardware of the system use the TMS320F2812 as the main chip,the converters is made of the IPM to form the bridge circuit.Power circuit,electric current sample circuit,protect circuit and isolation circuit are designed in the hardware of the system.The software design mainly come from Fuzzy-PI mixed control method.DSP software development flow and CMD setting are discussed;the idea of blocking program of control system is expounded;main program and subprogram flow chart and some program codes are presented,so the current and speed double closed loop control system of BLDCM is deigned.In this system speed is regulated by Fuzzy-PI mixed controller and current is regulated by PI controller.By each hardware and software parts of system debugging,the experiment of BLDCM control system is accomplished.Compared with classical PI controller,the arithmetic of Fuzzy-PI mixed control to prove both the excellent static and dynamic performance.
