Magnetic Storms are the earth's magnetic field changes caused by solar activities, and can produce geomagnetically induced currents(GIC) in power systems, pipelines and other technological conductor systems on the ground.GIC have a great influence on the safety of these facilities of these technological conductor systems. Therefore, the study of GIC characteristics and occurrence regularity is of great significance for the analysis of the impart of magnetic storms and the warming or prediction of the magnetic storms.Based on the GIC measured data of power grid and K index data, the paper concluded the corresponding relation between latitude and the extend of magnetic storms with corresponding analysis, and established the polynomial distribution lag model of GIC about the geomagnetic level change rate.By testing, the model is reliable and the prediction result is more accurate. The results further enrich the research methods of GIC in our country.'...
